Another memorable Member + Guest Tournament is in the books—and this time, the weather was on our side! While Dormie usually greets us with a downpour, we enjoyed two days of perfect golf weather before Friday’s storm rolled in just after our new Putting Contest wrapped up.
Congratulations to our winners:
Tournament Champs – Joe Harrison (Trammell Crow Residential) & Buc Coleman (Siteworks)
Longest Drive, #12 – Connor Tomlinson (Poettker Construction)
Longest Drive, #13 – Natasha Edwards (Little Architecture)
Closest to the Pin, #7 – Joe Harrison (Trammell Crow Residential)
Closest to the Pin, #12 – Jeff Hendrick (Dogwood State Bank)
This year’s new Putting Contest raised $4,600, with a $600 donation going to Community Matters Café, a purpose-driven restaurant in Charlotte where every meal supports graduates of the Charlotte Rescue Mission. The Café empowers participants through a 180-day life skills program to rebuild their lives and restore hope through community.
From food and drinks to friendly competition and good conversation, it was a fantastic two days. Huge thanks to our generous sponsors for making it all possible:
Windle | Terry | Bimbo, Sharpe Co., CF Evans Construction, Fortune-Johnson LLC, Moen, Carmina Wood Design, Convergint, DLR Group, Concrete Supply Company, Crabapple Roofing Contractors, LLC, Samet Corporation, and Airo Mechanical LLC.
